At maxfast, our goal is simple.
We offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience remains smooth and stress-free.
Our Promise to You
We value your trust. Our team puts every effort into delivering quality, style, and satisfaction. However, if an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to assist you with a return or exchange — provided it meets the following criteria.
Exchanges
Replacement should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5–7 days. For a return to be eligible, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Must be in the same condition you received it
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
⚠️ Returns that are damaged, worn, or missing tags may not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items, due to their nature or promotional value, are non-returnable, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items bought using discount codes
- Custom orders or made-to-order pieces
We kindly ask you to read the product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Returns Only – No Refunds
Please note that our products are non-refundable. We accept returns only.
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team:
- You will receive an email notification confirming that the return has been accepted.
- The item can be exchanged or returned for store credit, as per our return policy.
- Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- If approved, refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 working days through the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Details
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of a mistake on our end.
Return requests must be raised within 7 Day window of the receipt of product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage until the refund is processed. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return or exchange, simply email our customer care team at:

- The reason for return or exchange
- Photos of the item if there is a defect or quality issue
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps and a return address.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We get it — glam is personal.
Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns. Once we receive your original item and confirm its eligibility, we’ll process your exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

- All returns are processed on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality and policy compliance.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear or misuse.
- We do not offer refunds for items returned outside the 7-day window.
